Women wearing their colorful costumes that represents different countries, ethnics and tribes joined the 1st District Wide Women’s Ministries Fellowship and Induction of Officer of Ampayon-Padiay District at Cabcabon Central Seventh-day Adventist Church with theme “Touch a Heart, Reach my World” last November 25, 2017. The Sabbath School Worship began with a lecture of Mrs. Marivic L. Saramosing – the women’s ministries director of the Seventh-day Adventist in Caraga Region. She emphasized the importance of being sensitive to the needs of other women and children in the family, around the neighbourhood and in the community. The church must plan to have women’s fellowship that involves families and children, she added.

In the afternoon, the leaders of the women’s ministries reported their church activities which includes feeding, gift giving, and even helped build a house for the needy. Towards the end of the Sabbath worship, Pastor Nimrod V. Saramosing – the executive secretary of the Seventh-day Adventist in Caraga Region, inducted the Women’s Ministries officers of Ampayon-Padiay district. The newly committed members of the Women’s Ministries pledge to support and participate the activities of the church.
Jezel U. Pepito, the adviser of the Women’s Ministries of the said district is thankful to Cabcabon Central Church for hosting the event, to Pastor Nimrod and Mrs. Marivic Saramosing for coming as guest speakers and to the women of Ampayon-Padiay district.
