The Job Hunting Dilemma

I was talking to a mother this morning.  We were talking about the future of her son and how is she going to prepare him to be accepted to study at a science school which she thinks could help shape the future of  his son which is to get a good job.

Parents are willing to spend effort, time and money just for their children to have a good education and land a good job.  After the dilemma of studying, comes the dilemma of finding the job.  The increase of unemployment rate and the improvements of technology lessen the job opportunities and it is always a competition to get a good job.  The preparation of finding the right job is the key on winning the contest of job hunting.  There are many suggestions from different writers, bloggers and guest bloggers on how to make the preparation for job hunting.  The best way to start is to try finding jobs on job search site.  There are many employers that posted the job vacancies online.  Finding the right job what you need online would lessen the stress because there are many available jobs to choose to.  Getting the job is not always a walk in the park.  It always requires knowledge about right clothes to wear during  the job interview, about resume, about the job itself and many others.

Some schools are offering courses about finding a job.  There are websites who are having a guest blogger contest on how to find the job, prepare for it and hopefully get them.

Do you think it is hard to find a job?  What do you you should prepare to get the job?  Don’t forget to share your experiences or suggestion about job hunting and jobs.
